Monthly Retainer- Basic Coverage of Servers for Emergency Response Service
  • Do IT Right will provide the remote access tools on your Servers. This will provide a limited safety net in the event of a major failure or business impacting issue.
  • Support Services will be billed in 15-minute increments for remote support.
  • On-site services can be provided as required. Do IT Right will dispatch a Tier III Engineer to troubleshoot your issues ensuring we minimize your downtime. All on-site services are billed at our labor rate with a two (2)-hour minimum including travel.
IT Managed Services (MSP) [Annual]- Complete IT Infrastructure & Strategy Coverage
  • Do IT Right will provide the remote access tools, Workstation/Server & Network monitoring, 8×5 support with on-call emergency services included for after-hours and weekends. This will provide you with the remote support Helpdesk agent when you need that extra “push” to get past a problem; the proactive monitoring and alerting that will allow us to reach out and advise when there’s a problem, or that we’ve already taken care of it; and the peace of mind knowing that if something really does go wrong that we will be there to assist no matter what time of day.
  • Monthly reporting – we provide you the reports we receive at the same time we receive them. We build trust with complete transparency and you can hold us accountable to anything in the reports.
  • Need an engineer on-site on a recurring basis to assist with unforeseen issues, or just to do a physical health check of your infrastructure? We can have someone scheduled on-site on a recurring basis so you know Who, What, When, Where, Why & How.
  • Semi-Annual Business Review (SABR) via our vCIO services – Having a CIO is a costly investment and many companies do not have the budget or need for a full-time person in that role. We can assist by learning your industry and business at a high level and help you align your infrastructure  with your organizational goals. We will assist with developing your IT Roadmap to assist in your budgeting & finance process, cost forecasting, strategy & growth, and industry alignment.

  • Do IT Right will provide the remote access tools, PC/Server & Network monitoring. This will provide you with the remote support Helpdesk agent when you need that extra “push” to get past a problem; the proactive monitoring and alerting that will allow us to reach out and advise when there’s a problem, or that we’ve already taken care of it; and the peace of mind knowing that if something really does go wrong that we will be there to assist

  • Service is delivered Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
  • Customers purchase a block of hours to be used each month. Hours can be used for anything IT related (Helpdesk, Networking, Projects etc.)
  • After-hours & weekend support is not included.
  • Rollover of hours is capped at 2 months.
